I’ve had people ask me about my next YA project, and I can
finally announce that I’ve got a 3 book YA series coming out. And you won’t
have to wait very long for the first book, so yay! Here’s what I can tell you
right now. There will be three books. The first one is called Cipher, and will
be out mid to late July. I just got the cover this morning, and I was blown
away by it! There was some serious squealing. You all will get to see that, as
well as the blurb in about a month. I’m working through edits now, and because
all the books are written, I’m hoping to release them fairly close together, so people
won’t have to wait a year between releases to get the rest of the story if they
want it.
The other thing I will say is that I love these characters,
enough that they’ve been bugging me, asking me why I hadn’t put them out there
yet. (Sometimes my characters do this. I’m hoping it’s completely normal, and
don’t really want to know if it’s not) I wrote this series before I wrote All the
Broken Pieces, but like that book, Cipher is a mix of sweet and dark. So
that’s what I can say now, other than that I’m really excited, and I hope you
all like it as much as I do!
