The year of the adult romances

Okay, so it’s the year of the adult romances for me. In one week, on January 14th, my short romance Falling for Her Fiance will release! I was thrilled when the date got bumped up a few months. The book also has a sneak peek in the back of Cinderella Screwed Me Over, which has a release date of July 13! I love YA, and I’ve still got plenty of those projects simmering. But I actually started out writing adult books in the romantic comedy genre. Funny enough, nowadays they’d probably be classified New Adult. (Not because of the steaminess–while I do try to write some steaminess, I’m more of a fade to black kinda writer–but the age of the characters.) So long story short, it’s been a blast to write adult romance again. As usual, there will be banter and lots of kissing. And I think that’s a pretty good way to start the new year! Hopefully the readers out there feel the same 🙂
